Mindfulness Meditation For Your Wellbeing

6 weeks of free Mindfulness Meditation classes start Wednesday, January 15th, 9:30 – 11 AM

Mindfulness meditation has arrived at the Edward Hain Centre! Give yourself a New Year’s gift and join mindfulness coach Elizabeth Martin, MA for a weekly Wednesday treat. Classes started on January 15th, and end on February 19th – but you can join any time.

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS INFO: The first class was so popular that we are now requiring booking in advance. Please email info@edwardhaincentre.org.uk with the subject ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ to book your spot.

Discover the health-enhancing effects of mindfulness meditation and learn ways to reduce anxiety and pain, improve your mood, concentration, sleep, and more. All are welcome. No experiences is necessary.
