Free Workshop: Meditating On Purpose – 1

Meditating On Purpose is the first of a series of FREE workshops on Mindfulness with practitioner Silvia Giannelli, S.N.H.S. Dip (Mindfulness).

In this workshop, Silvia will help you become familiar with mindfulness and learn practical tools to enhance your resilience in everyday life. Using one of the tools, she will then guide through a full body scan meditation.

🔸 When: Friday, 6th March, 1:30 – 3:30pm.
🔸 Where: The Edward Hain Centre, Albany Terrace, St Ives TR26 2BS
🔸 Who: Anyone wishing to find more peace and balance in their life!

The first hour will include a discussion of:
🔸 what mindfulness is
🔸 the links between mindfulness and meditation
🔸 different mindfulness breathwork exercises

In the second hour, Silvia will guide you in a full body-scan meditation.

Space is limited to 8 participants. Silvia’s previous courses at the Centre have been extremely popular, so don’t delay!
