As the Edward Hain Centre expands into its next phase of development, we are seeking a community centre administrator to join our team.
We are making real progress at the Edward Hain Centre. With some renovations done, we’ve held two NHS diabetic eye screening clinics, two rooms are now in use for weekly community groups, more community groups are in the works, and the St. Ives Food Bank has just moved in. We are excited about the future.
The Baltic Exchange Charitable Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Baltic Exchange, has awarded the Edward Hain Centre with a £1,000 grant ‘in recognition of Edward Hain being one of the Baltic fallen.’
The Friends of the Edward Hain Centre now have a 50-50 club up and running! It’s a brilliant way to raise funds for the Centre, while also having a chance to win in a monthly draw.
All you need to know about joining is on the PDF below, which you can also download by clicking on the black ‘download’ button beneath it.
Every charity depends on grants from local government bodies or charity and corporate foundations. Listed below, with most recent at the top, are all are all such grants we have received to help us fund the Edward Hain Centre since we opened.
Keep up with what’s new at the centre, and with our Friends’ fundraising events, by signing up to our Newsletter.
