Justine Smith has been teaching yoga at the Centre for over two years. As well as being a yoga teacher with a wealth of experience, Justine is an advanced Nurse Practitioner who after 30 years still works one day a week with the NHS. She is also a Reiki master.

When not on a yoga mat or meditation cushion, Justine loves spending time with her family and gorgeous but naughty pup, walking, cooking and crafting.
