Free class, Fridays 10:30-11:30 am
Chair Yoga is suitable for beginners and people with limited mobility. Classes aim to improve flexibility and muscle relaxation, and enhance mindfulness. You will also learn breathing techniques which help create a peaceful state of mind.
Using a chair for support allows the body to relax into poses while building strength at your own pace. It also encourages the body to let go into deeper stretches if desire.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a new booking policy for free yoga classes. Please read it by clicking HERE. Thank you!
