6 week course, begins July 23rd, 11:30-12:30.
Seated Pilates is great for all ages and abilities. Classes involve Pilates balls (shown), weighted balls, bands, and the chair, as props. This can help you modify your workout, either to make it easier, or more challenging!

Classes are accessible. Sign up a must.
This 6-week course is full; but please email us to be put onto a waiting list. This will carry over to the next course. (Dates tba. We will notify you by phone or email to ask if you’d like to sign up).
It’s also useful in case someone drops out. Alternatively, if they’re not able to make an individual class they signed up for, we can call you to see if you’re able to fill the space.
