Yoga Over 50: paid class

Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:30. This class is full

Designed specifically for those over 50, Justine’s classes are suitable for both seasoned yogis or completely newcomers. She focuses on gentle movements that support your body in a way that feels comfortable and accessible. Practice on a mat, or use a chair for support. Either way, this class will accommodate your needs.

*PLEASE NOTE: Justine’s classes are so popular that there is now a paid class as well as the sold-out 6-week courses. The paid class is also full, but you can be added to our waiting list in case anyone cancels an individual class. Email info@edwardhaincentre.org.uk with the subject ‘Yoga- Waiting list’.
