Monthly sessions at the EHC with Esther Sherwen (paid)
Reflexology is a holistic treatment that works through the reflexes of the feet. It is based on the idea that different areas of the feet are mapped with reflex zones that correspond to various organs and systems throughout the body. Gentle pressure on those zones affects the corresponding areas, restoring energy flow and balance throughout mind and body.
Treatments can create a sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing.
Trauma-informed reflexologist Esther Sherwen holds a Psychology degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education of young people with Autism, and a number of body work certificates. We are delighted to welcome her to the EHC, where her Reflexology appointments are available on one Friday a month.
Dates through 2026 are: October 23rd, November 20th, December 18th.

A one-hour appointment is £60.
