Wellbeing Sessions for 8-18 year-olds

Ongoing Low-Intensity (LI) CBT sessions at the EHC

Young People Cornwall are offering wellbeing therapy sessions for 8 to 18 year olds at the Edward Hain Centre. YPC are early prevention mental health practitioners trained in delivering Low-Intensity CBT, which teaches tools and techniques to help deal with teen and pre-teen issues.

🔶 Age range: 8 to 18
🔶 Good for: mild to moderate feelings of anxiety, low mood, or behavioural challenges.

This is a ‘SELF-REFERRAL’ programme – meaning that a parent, teacher, GP, other guardian, or even the client themselves, can make an appointment or series of appointments.

Don’t suffer alone, or in silence. We are here to help.

We wish you and your young loved one a brighter future!
